Privacy policy

This policy explains what information the operator of this website (“we”) collects when you use this website and how it’s used. You don’t need an account to use the site, and we never take payments.

What we collect

• Technical logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) processes standard request data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
• Clicks to platforms. When you use a “Visit” button, we record which platform, which page and button, the time, a random click reference and the country your request came from. We don’t store your IP address in these records.
• Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland it runs without analytics cookies. Elsewhere it uses first-party cookies (see our cookie policy). Google’s advertising features and Google signals are switched off.
• Messages you send us. If you email us, we keep your message and address to reply.

Links to platforms

When you leave for a psychic reading platform, that platform (and any affiliate network) may collect information under its own privacy policy. We pass a click reference so a commission can be attributed; it contains no personal information about you.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How long we keep it

Click records and analytics data are kept for up to 14 months. Emails are kept for as long as needed to deal with your message.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or object to how it’s used. Contact us and we’ll respond within the time the law requires. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
