3.9 on Trustpilot · 86 reviews (opens in a new tab)

Our score: 5.5 out of 10 (Below average)

Updated · By the editorial team · Desk research (how we rate) · #9 of 9 in our comparison

PsychicWorld is a chat-first platform with low entry rates, from 1 credit a minute, and it keeps your full chat history so you can re-read past readings. It now publishes every credit package and per-minute price, though some of its pages still quote lower prices. It scores lower on protection and evidence: there's no satisfaction guarantee, and it has few independent reviews so far.

Pros and cons

How PsychicWorld scored

Five criteria, 20% each. Overall: 5.5/10.

Pricing & transparency20%

6.5 out of 10

The pricing page lists every credit package and what a minute costs with each tier, before you sign up: $1.03–$11, depending on the advisor and the package. Other pages haven't caught up: the offers page says the welcome discount brings readings down to $0.50 a minute, and the readings guide treats the tiers as $1, $2, $4 and $6 a minute. The welcome offer is described four ways across the site (10 bonus credits, 50% off, 10 free minutes, double credits).

Trustpilot shows 3.9/5 from 86 reviews, but Trustpilot notes the company hasn't invited customers recently, and the reviews include praise from current advisors and complaints from former ones, so the customer signal is thin. The 4.9 rating on PsychicWorld's own site comes from its internal reviews, which we don't use for scoring.
